Professional Expertise

I graduated from Tampere University in 2008 with a Master's degree in Administrative Sciences, majoring in Public Law. My studies also focused on labor law and business law, which provided a strong foundation for my expertise in human resources.

With over ten years of experience in HR, I have worked across a wide range of HR functions. My career began as a recruitment consultant, and I progressed through roles as an HR specialist, HR manager, and HR director. As an HR director, I was also a member of the executive team in a mid-sized company, responsible for strategic human resources management.

Since 2018, I have worked in humanitarian roles in Bangladesh, the Middle East, and most recently in the Caucasus. My extensive international experience enables me to work fluently in English and adapt to multicultural and challenging environments.

The Third Step of My Career Path

My career path has been shaped by three distinct phases, each offering valuable expertise and perspectives from different industries and work environments.

✅ Human Resources and Business Development
I have worked extensively in human resources, covering areas such as recruitment, talent development, team support, and organizational development. My experience spans small family-owned businesses to large national and international corporations, such as KONE, Patria, and Insta.

✅ International Humanitarian Roles
In the second phase of my career, I transitioned to international humanitarian roles, where I worked with organizations such as the Red Cross and EU-led initiatives. These positions have enhanced my skills in crisis management, multicultural leadership, and strategic planning.

✅ Entrepreneurship and HR & Administrative Services for Businesses
The third phase of my career is entrepreneurship. The idea of running my own business has been on my mind for years. Although I am a new entrepreneur, entrepreneurship has been a part of my life since childhood. My family has owned an earthmoving construction company, which was established before I was born. This experience has given me an in-depth understanding of the day-to-day realities and challenges faced by small businesses.

In addition to the earthmoving sector, I have a deep understanding of the technology industry, having worked in five different companies within this field. My diverse work experience provides a solid foundation for supporting businesses in HR and administrative services, organizational development, and providing temporary resources when needed.
